Meetings for Worship

Quaker Meetings for Worship are held in all capital cities and some regional centres. Some local meetings meet in one another's homes. Full list of meetings, including email contact details.

Most Meetings for Worship are held on Sundays, but there are some mid-week Meetings for Worship, for example at The Friends' School in Hobart. Find out about these meetings.

Accommodation

Overnight accommodation can be booked by Friends, or those with Quaker connections, at Meeting Houses in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth. Costs and arrangements for overnight accommodation vary and may be found by contacting the individual Meeting House. More...

International

Young Friends

Young Friends are Quakers aged 18 to 30 years. They have two gatherings during the year, at Easter and just before Yearly Meeting, and keep in regular contact with Young Friends overseas. For example, a representative from Aotearoa/New Zealand Young Friends visits Australia Yearly Meeting and Australian Young Friends' camps, and Australian Young Friends representatives visit New Zealand Young Friends' gatherings.
